Janet Napolitano has now conceded the system failed miserably

Janet Napolitano was interviewed by Matt Lauer of NBC yesterday morning. Matt was tough on her and she sounded lame. My guess is that she will step down soon. In the video clip, she fails miserably to restore my faith that she has things under control.
