Idaho passes the Health Freedom Act and puts the Federal Govt on notice

Idaho Gov. Butch Otter signed the Health Freedom Act yesterday. This act states that the AG will sue the Federal govt over the health care bill if it is signed into law.
This is the beginning of US States telling the federal govt what powers they want to take back. We are going to see some of these issues end up in court.
